ABOUT

Have you turned yourself inside out trying all kinds of ways to make your marriage work and yet nothing seems to change? If you’re feeling wrung out emotionally, I want to listen to understand. It’s never too late to set a relationship up for success provided there’s the motivation, humility and a willingness to learn how to do some things differently in order to get a different result.

The nature of my training as a Professional Couples Coach involves diagnosing where you’re getting stuck in your relationship – where the root of the pain lies for each of you. This life-giving journey towards increased levels of self awareness will enable you to better understand yourself and your spouse. It’s an unrushed, supportive process of internal growth whilst repairing a fractured relationship.

My sessions are framed with empathy, compassion and intentionality. The goal is to provide you with the tools and insight to empower you to actively reposition your relationship. Developing the skills needed to speak the truth in a way that builds trust, will result in protecting the unity of your marriage for the long haul. I will support you on this process.

Healthy relationships aren’t just about solving problems. They’re also about getting behind each other’s dreams and hopes, so we’ll explore your unique areas of strength as well. You’ll learn how to identify and maximize your undeveloped areas of potential so as to keep growing!

The integration of the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy into my work with clients has seen my coaching business expand to include an international client base due primarily, to client referrals. I am dedicated, passionate and serious about helping ruptured relationships heal, which is why I am genuinely interested in hearing from you. This is the world in which I love to work because you were created for meaningful connection and YOUR story really does matter.
