ABOUT
I work in partnership with couples to bring the change they want. Together we work to deepen self-awareness, create emotional safety, energize the conversation, and grow the relationship.
My role in this process is to look for the obstacles that are blocking growth and support the development of the skills needed to continue growing and changing together.
One can expect homework, such as practicing self-care, and communication skills. I will be asking about it when we meet again. Your experience is a critical piece of information that guides my work with you.
My approach to Couple’s work has been enriched through the Developmental Model. In addition, I have a therapeutic toolbox to address trauma, inner child work, and more.
I look forward to working with you.

Social workers can also specialize in diverse fields such as human services management, social welfare analysis, community organizing, social and community development, and social and political research.
As you know, this is not an easy task when you and your partner are struggling to communicate, cooperate, and connect. This is where a highly trained guide is especially valuable.
