ABOUT

Hi I’m Monica

…and it is My Mission to help couples to reconnect, heal quickly and then be able to pursue their life’s dreams together….. even if you are doing pretty good (and especially when it’s gotten really tough).

Often, we don’t actually know that we are doing too little, too late. Sometimes we just don’t know the precise things we need to do, or what is required to maintain and grow the joy, pleasure and connection in our intimate relationship. It’s not your fault.

Every week I see couples who say they wish they had paid more attention to their relationship over the years. When I ask them why they didn’t they say,

“I thought it was a phase”

“we just got busy and before we knew it we had “fallen out of love”

“we are just like roommates now”

“we should have done this years ago”

“we wasted all this time blaming each other”

For the past 30 years, I have helped couples work to repair, rebuild, and rekindle intimacy then reconnect to live the life of their dreams.

In my work hundreds of couples have successfully proven that these tools are effective to creating a lasting connection. Using proven scientific methods helps take surviving to thriving, to live the relationship you dreamed.

Oh and by the way, I have been married for over 30+ years to a wonderful partner and am the proud parent of 2 kids that I am bravely launching into loving relationships and life. Love to help you too!! Won’t you come join me?

My Story

How I became a Couples Therapy, Sex Therapy expert.

OK, so I’m not really called a SexPert (:-)..

… but the hundreds of couples and individuals with sex and intimacy concerns I have helped go from Struggling to Finding ReConnection, Healing and Repair, actually think I am.

Before I dedicated myself to helping people say adios to “Feeling Like Roommates Or Worse”, I was apparently already on My Lifetime Mission because I have always been concerned with Helping People ReConnect. As the child of a urologist, it is just natural for me to have a window into the sexual functioning of individuals. That combined with my training in couple connection ended up being a win win.

Let’s Do the Math…So, the reason I am CALLED an expert is because one fine day, I decided I was going to really figure this whole Couples Therapy, Sex Therapy, Affair Recovery thing out.

For one, I wanted a solution, not a possible solution but a sure-shot, carved-in-stone solution. You know SCIENCE, and so I found it.

I gave it my all (time, money, effort) and I am incredibly honored to have worked with so many fine couples and proud of the results they have managed to create for themselves. That is how I became a Nationally Certified Sex Therapist.

So that’s it, that’s me.
