ABOUT

My therapeutic approach is practical and is influenced by your presenting needs and current strengths. I draw from various psychological theories such as: Attachment theory (Child/Parent/and Adults), Reality Therapy, Developmental Psychology, Person-Centered Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Problem-Solving Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and current neuroscience research.

My goals is to enter into a genuine therapeutic relationship to connect, listen, support your strengths while addressing the identified issues in a respectful manner, and to help you to challenge unhealthy patterns whether they are behaviors, emotions, or thoughts. I offer clinical support with kindness in a space where you feel safe and in a manner that’s non-judgmental.
